Why should you receive a unban for the ban / gag / mute / teamban: I don't know what happened, i have no idea what I did wrong. I just wanted to join the server as usual and then I was kicked out and banned. Could I get an explanation of the situation?

Your ISP recycles their IPs often enough that you can get mixed up in old gameserver bans. It also makes your IP flag up as abusive, meaning it's been used for malicious intent in the past.

I can see that it's a false positive so I've removed the gameserver ban and the IP ban. This could however happen often to you and not much you can do about it. If it is a public IP (school, work, etc) then I would advise you to use your household network only to play TF2. If it isn't well not much you can do, you could switch providers but that might not solve it as I find other users from your country have this same issue often.
